Terminos y Condiciones de Uso

Estos terminos regulan el uso de la aplicacion meeTicket y todos sus servicios.
2. Descripcion del servicio
meeTicket es una plataforma que permite:
- Comprar entradas para eventos.
- Conocer a otros asistentes mediante un sistema de matching.
- Comunicarse con matches a traves de chat cifrado de extremo a extremo.
- Verificar la presencia en eventos mediante geolocalizacion.
- Recibir codigos QR de entrada y de transporte publico.
3. Registro y cuenta
- Debes tener al menos 18 anos para usar meeTicket.
- La informacion de tu cuenta debe ser veraz y actualizada.
- Eres responsable de mantener la seguridad de tu cuenta y contrasena.
- Una cuenta por persona. No se permiten cuentas duplicadas.
4. Compra de entradas
- Los precios se muestran en euros (EUR) e incluyen IVA cuando aplique.
- Los pagos se procesan de forma segura a traves de Stripe.
- Una vez confirmada la compra, recibiras un codigo QR unico e intransferible como entrada.
- Las entradas solo pueden transferirse a traves del sistema oficial de transferencia de meeTicket.
- Las politicas de devolucion dependen de cada organizador de eventos.
5. Funciones sociales y matching
- El matching es voluntario. Puedes activar o desactivar tu visibilidad en cualquier momento.
- Los mensajes de chat estan cifrados de extremo a extremo. meeTicket no puede leer su contenido.
- Los chats expiran automaticamente despues del evento.
- La funcion "Y si nos conocemos" requiere activacion voluntaria de la geolocalizacion.
6. Conducta del usuario
No esta permitido:
- Crear perfiles falsos o suplantar la identidad de otra persona.
- Acosar, amenazar o enviar contenido ofensivo a otros usuarios.
- Publicar contenido ilegal, violento o sexualmente explicito.
- Usar la plataforma con fines comerciales no autorizados o spam.
- Intentar acceder a cuentas de otros usuarios o vulnerar la seguridad de la plataforma.
- Revender entradas a precios superiores al precio original.
El incumplimiento de estas normas puede resultar en la suspension o eliminacion de tu cuenta.
7. Sistema de reportes
Los usuarios pueden reportar perfiles que incumplan las normas. Tres reportes de usuarios distintos sobre el mismo perfil activan una revision automatica y suspension temporal hasta que un administrador lo revise.
8. Propiedad intelectual
meeTicket, su diseno, codigo, marca y contenido son propiedad de Daniel Coello Delgado. Queda prohibida la reproduccion, distribucion o modificacion sin autorizacion expresa.
9. Limitacion de responsabilidad
- meeTicket actua como intermediario entre organizadores y asistentes. No somos responsables del contenido, calidad o desarrollo de los eventos.
- No garantizamos la disponibilidad ininterrumpida del servicio.
- No somos responsables de las interacciones entre usuarios fuera de la plataforma.
10. Modificaciones
Podemos modificar estos terminos en cualquier momento. Te notificaremos de cambios significativos a traves de la app o por email. El uso continuado de meeTicket tras la notificacion implica la aceptacion de los nuevos terminos.
11. Legislacion aplicable
Estos terminos se rigen por la legislacion espanola. Para cualquier controversia, las partes se someten a los juzgados y tribunales de Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Espana.

These terms govern the use of the meeTicket application and all its services.
2. Service Description
meeTicket is a platform that allows you to:
- Purchase tickets for events.
- Meet other attendees through a matching system.
- Communicate with matches through end-to-end encrypted chat.
- Verify your presence at events through geolocation.
- Receive QR codes for entry and public transportation.
3. Registration and Account
- You must be at least 18 years old to use meeTicket.
- Your account information must be truthful and up to date.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
- One account per person. Duplicate accounts are not allowed.
4. Ticket Purchases
- Prices are displayed in euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable.
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
- Once a purchase is confirmed, you will receive a unique, non-transferable QR code as your ticket.
- Tickets may only be transferred through meeTicket's official transfer system.
- Refund policies depend on each event organizer.
5. Social Features and Matching
- Matching is voluntary. You can enable or disable your visibility at any time.
- Chat messages are end-to-end encrypted. meeTicket cannot read their content.
- Chats automatically expire after the event.
- The "What if we meet?" feature requires voluntary activation of geolocation.
6. User Conduct
The following is not permitted:
- Creating fake profiles or impersonating another person.
- Harassing, threatening, or sending offensive content to other users.
- Publishing illegal, violent, or sexually explicit content.
- Using the platform for unauthorized commercial purposes or spam.
- Attempting to access other users' accounts or breach platform security.
- Reselling tickets at prices above the original price.
Violation of these rules may result in suspension or deletion of your account.
7. Reporting System
Users can report profiles that violate the rules. Three reports from different users on the same profile trigger an automatic review and temporary suspension until an administrator reviews it.
8. Intellectual Property
meeTicket, its design, code, brand, and content are the property of Daniel Coello Delgado. Reproduction, distribution, or modification without express authorization is prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
- meeTicket acts as an intermediary between organizers and attendees. We are not responsible for the content, quality, or development of events.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability.
- We are not responsible for interactions between users outside the platform.
10. Modifications
We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email. Continued use of meeTicket after notification implies acceptance of the new terms.
11. Applicable Law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Spain.
